Each user may hold only one registered Account on bosplay at any one time. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bosplay reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including winnings derived from wagers placed across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Bosplay may reject registrations or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided. In particular, you must ensure that the name provided matches the name on the financial account(s) used for deposits and withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login details with any third party. Bosplay will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bosplay support immediately at [email protected].
Bosplay conducts KYC checks as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Bosplay may suspend withdrawal privileges pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
The bosplay Platform is made available solely for the personal entertainment of eligible registered users. You may access and use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform may not be used for any commercial purpose, resale, or redistribution.
While bosplay endeavours to provide continuous access to the Platform, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Bosplay will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime where such downtime does not result from bosplay's gross negligence.
Each game and betting market offered on the Platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface or relevant betting section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game outcome, and these general Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, or technical fault affecting a game, wager, or payout calculation, bosplay reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant users. Bosplay's determination of what constitutes a technical error or manifest malfunction is final.
Bosplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are published on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the Platform.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5–10 minutes of confirmed payment. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon reaching the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. Bosplay is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or banking system outages.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (see Section 4.4). Verified members typically receive withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers. Bank withdrawal timelines may vary depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. Bosplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary transaction currency for Malaysian users. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Bosplay is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency amounts.
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Bosplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Bosplay reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bosplay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bosplay, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
Bosplay's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude bosplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by bosplay's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Bosplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed other than for cause (i.e., other than for a breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user via their last-used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not returnable upon Account closure unless they have met all applicable wagering requirements.
These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of bosplay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosplay holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between you and bosplay in connection with these Terms shall be referred in the first instance to bosplay's customer support team for resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days of being raised, bosplay offers referral to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism as specified by its licensing authority. You acknowledge and agree that the courts or arbitral tribunals of bosplay's licensing jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes not resolved through ADR.
Bosplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
